It is one of my favorite techniques... watercoloring!
Our watercolor paper and aquapainter make it soooo easy!
Here is my card:
I used the aqua painter to wet the watercolor paper.
Then I stamped the Work of Art background stamp 2 times while it was still damp.
Then I stamped it one more time when it was dry in the center (darker).
Finally I stamped the saying using stazon ink!
